- Product and catalog data you choose to process in SellerGlow.
- Generated drafts, approvals, and related workflow history.
- Technical logs and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
- Messages sent to support, billing, privacy, and security inboxes.
How We Use Information
- Provide core app functionality inside Shopify Admin.
- Authenticate sessions and maintain account and billing state.
- Respond to support requests and improve service reliability.
- Meet legal, security, and Shopify compliance obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers and platform partners needed to run SellerGlow. We do not sell merchant data.
Retention and Deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to run the app and satisfy legal and
compliance obligations. SellerGlow supports Shopify compliance topics,
including customers/data_request, customers/redact,
and shop/redact.
