Terms of Service
These terms govern use of SellerGlow by merchants, reviewers, and visitors who access the SellerGlow Shopify app or related support pages.
Use of the Service
SellerGlow provides tools, suggestions, and workflow support for product listing operations. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it to Shopify or other channels.
Account and Store Access
You must connect only stores and accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access to Shopify and SellerGlow.
Billing
For Shopify merchants, paid plans and eligible one-time purchases are processed through Shopify billing flows. Pricing and plan availability must match the current in-app and Shopify listing experience.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use SellerGlow to violate Shopify policies or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and Changes
We may improve, update, or retire features over time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
