Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SellerGlow Shopify app and the merchant.sellerglow.com interface (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SellerGlow helps merchants improve product listings: importing catalog data, generating AI-assisted suggestions for your review, applying the changes you approve back to your Shopify store, and analyzing how AI-ready your catalog is. Features may change as the Service evolves.

2. Eligibility and account

You must have a Shopify store and the authority to connect it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.

3. Your content and license to operate

You retain all rights to your store and catalog data ("Your Content"). You grant SellerGlow a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including sending catalog content to the AI sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy to generate suggestions. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not sell it.

4. AI-generated suggestions — review before you apply

SellerGlow generates suggestions using AI. Nothing is changed in your store until you review and explicitly approve it.
You are responsible for reviewing suggestions for accuracy and for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, marketplace rules, and your own brand and product facts.
SellerGlow aims to ground suggestions in your real product data and to avoid inventing facts, but AI output can contain errors. We do not guarantee any outcome — including search ranking, AI-assistant inclusion or citation, traffic, conversions, or sales. Readiness and visibility features describe measured signals and guidance, not guarantees.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law or third-party right; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.

6. Plans, billing, and beta

SellerGlow is currently offered in beta. A free tier is available; access to higher tiers is granted by request during the beta period. If and when paid plans become self-serve, they will be billed through Shopify's billing system and the applicable pricing and terms will be presented before you are charged. You will not be charged without your consent.

7. Availability and beta disclaimer

The Service is provided during an active development/beta period. It may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLERGLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SellerGlow harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
